Animal Health Australia (AHiA), Media Release, 19 May 2026

The Animal Health in Australia (AHiA) Annual Report 2025 and the Animal Health in Australia System Report (Second Edition) are now available.

Published by Animal Health Australia in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, the reports provide an overview of Australia’s animal health outcomes and the national system that supports disease surveillance, preparedness, and response.

They are used across government and industry to inform policy, planning and international reporting.
