The district around Richmond has a strong history of racing dating back to the early settlers.
This is an iconic North West Queensland event that continues to draw crowds and looks set to showcase yet another exciting line up in its 39th year.
The event starts with a Meet & Greet on Thursday night. This is followed by a day and a half of shopping; with over 100 exhibitors everyone can find something that they need, lots of fun plus great food.
There will be plenty of entertainment for all ages with lots of exciting events happening throughout the weekend starting with the Bull Sale, Kids Hobby Horse Races, Mower Race, Ringers Rally & Whip Cracking Competition. There will also be rides for the kids Jumping Castle, Inflatable Slide & the Bucking Bull, where even the big kids can have a go.
At 12pm on Saturday brush off the dust and don frock/trousers for the Field Day Races with the fun continuing well in to the night, with Live Music by Dusty Haven.
