Nhill is excited to have a funky new coffee van open in the main street from Saturday.
‘Lots of Laughter’ will be opening at 44- 46 Victoria Street (where the Nhill Garden Centre was).
Local Lachlan Keller, who is an experienced cook, is looking forward to serving the local community.
‘Lots of Laughter’ will be offering toasted focaccias and sandwiches, wraps, slices, Bliss Balls, Coffee, Tea, Milkshakes and will have Gluten free and Lactose free options available.
Lachie said, “I am looking forward to offering food that is not usually available in Nhill. I will be mainly having a selection of healthy foods but will definitely have some not so healthy options available as well.”
Lachie said, “People that have met me will understand why I named this coffee van LOL as I just laugh at anything and everything, whether it’s something funny or something that just doesn’t even make sense. People in today’s world need to look to the brighter side of life and not focus on all of the small negatives.”
‘Lots of Laughter’ will be open Monday to Friday 7.30am-4pm, and Saturdays 8am-3pm.
