Customers of Allora Butchery would have noticed a polite young man helping Aaron and the crew last year.
Well, here’s good news – we will now see more of Cooper Collins as he has transitioned from weekly work experience through the Allora P-10 program to a full-time apprenticeship at the best Butchery in Allora.
