Volunteering knows no age limits, as demonstrated by 17-year-old local Jamie Jones.
Not only is he a keen Speedway competitor, but he also enthusiastically helps out at Speedway meets.
You will see him directing drivers to the starting grid, opening gates, and always ready to assist wherever else is needed.
In addition to helping at Speedway, he has also been known to dress up to help with the local Christmas Tree event. Young people like Jamie become role models for others and make our community stronger.
If you want to see Jamie in action, along with other Speedway volunteers, consider attending the Speedway meet this weekend.
