The Celebrating NAIDOC exhibition opens on Saturday June 13 with artworks by local and regional First Nations artists.

Gallery president Maree Beek said the scope of the exhibition is recognition of the gallery’s growing reputation and annual program of exhibitions.

Artist Lloyd Gawura Hornsby is a descendant of the Yuin and Chinese people of the south coast of NSW.

His work has been exhibited in Australia and internationally, including exhibitions at the Louvre Museum in Paris, the Monat Gallery in Madrid, and numerous galleries throughout Europe.
