The 178th Mudgee Show is steaming ahead this year.
Rodeo Friday night starts at 5pm. The Bar opens at 6pm at the completion of the showjumping for the day.
Saturday is a great family day. Free Pony Rides and Face Painting for the littlies. There is also a Pirate roaming around. Circus workshop for the little ones and a circus act. We have WOW encounters also which have reptiles and a creepy Crawly display.
Our local Dancers will be putting a show on for us as well. Cudgegong Cruisers have their car display. Our local Mudgee Rescue Squad (NSW VRA) will be here. Horses, Sheep, Cattle, Goat and Poultry competitions. Rural Ambassador. Junior Judging competition.
Dog High Jump competition and some fun with a Donut eating comp. Mudgee Concert Band will be playing in the morning. We also have a local singer Layla playing a tune or two for us at 5pm.
Side show Alley is packed with Rides and Games to suit all ages and Show Bag stands. Stalls of Clothing and foods. The Main pavilion will be packed with entries.
Saturday main entertainment is Lachie Cosser – back with his Outback Stockman show (also appearing for the Rodeo break). We have Flux Fireworks performing followed by a short LED show – then finishing with the Fireworks.
