A novice yard dog can only enter into the novice and improver event.

The Yard and Utility subcommittee has clarified, a novice dog is only eligible to enter the Novice and Improver events at yard trials.  

The Improver and Open dogs are eligible for the open class.  

No novice dogs are to enter into the open event
