What is happening at the gallery, well I will tell you.
Our Paint a Skateboard Exhibition has opened.
This exhibition has an absolute wow about it, so many different ways to make a deck look fantastic. The number of people who have decided to be a part of this exhibition has shown us that give people a chance to show what they can do and they will do, kids, locals, not locals, have really made it a great show.
We have music playing throughout the gallery now; a thank you to Ryder, Michael and Shaun for all your work. It’s the little improvements that keep happening that keep the gallery smart.
2025, the Gallery has decided to run an art competition, The Lowan Art Prize. The competition will be open to non-members, with the hope of drawing artists from everywhere to enter. There will be a prize pool of $5,000 to entice artists to enter their artworks.
Our sales are still doing well, which means our members are inspired to continue to do what they do well. Start thinking about gift giving; Christmas is really not that far away.
