UBX releases new single

Recent stories

Former Tennant Creek rockers – Unbroken Expanse (UBX) – have released what they call a “killer” new single and music video.

Bootstrap Billy tells the tale of this mythical character who knows how to spin a yarn, keen for a good time and loves a drink and a laugh.

Bass player Chris Parker (better known locally as Park) says as long as everyone had known Billy, he never took off his boots and he had some wild adventures in those boots.

Joining Park in the band is Chris ‘Wheezy’ Helmond (vocals/guitar), Jimmy James (guitar) and Jason Foran (drums).

Cutting their rock ’n’ roll teeth in Tennant Creek, the lads are now based in Melbourne.

Unbroken Expanse released its debut self-titled EP in 2013, which received a review score of 90/100 from Kill Your Stereo.

The boys then followed up in 2019 with the release of their single Go, which was premiered via popular website Something You Said.

New single Bootstrap Billy is available on all major online stores and streaming services. Check out the track HERE
