Dogs can be exercised near the trial arena, or pass out stamps are given if you prefer to leave the show ground and return again.

Mount Gambier is a town of 28 000 people and plenty of accommodation and facilities are available. While you are visiting make sure you visit some of our great tourist spots, don’t miss the Blue Lake! Umpherston Cave is between the caravan park and showground and is well worth seeing. We have a network of underground caves and sink holes of which Umpherston’s is only one.

Accommodation
The best, dog friendly option is the Limestone Coast Tourist Park on the corner of Princes Hwy and Hawkins Rd, approx 2km past the showground. There is a dog friendly sports park opposite the caravan park, please clean up after your dog!

Catering
Morning and afternoon tea is supplied free of charge. Lunches can be purchased from the Food Alley at the show, or brought along from home.
