What’s happening at the gallery

Recent stories

What’s happening rather soon is the gallery’s bi-annual Clay Works Exhibition; expect to find all things clay related.

Pottery created from hand building, wheel throwing, mosaics in all their colours, so much to come and look at in June. We will have our local pottery members showing their creations, along with 4 at this stage other ceramic studios. All with differing ways of creating with clay, lots of variety to view.

Sales have been steady; return tourists are becoming quite a common occurrence, great for the G.

Don’t forget the September, ‘Paint A Skateboard Exhibition, ‘pick your blank deck up at the gallery. Nhill Show are including a section this year to enter your painted deck. An Open section and a Kids section.

If you are walking past the G check out Max the Crocodile in the window, I think perhaps Sir Max may be more appropriate.

There is much talent in the area, and the gallery gives all these talented creators somewhere to showcase their work. A win for them and a win for Nhill as a tourist spot.

Thanks for the support, thanks to our volunteers; you all rock.
