Nurse Nicole Gleeson, started Rhythm First Aid three years ago, a training company delivering first aid training of the highest quality in a captivating and fun environment.

Rhythm First Aid delivers first-aid courses to schools, parents, and businesses around Victoria.

Nicole and her husband moved to Maldon two years ago and she now spends her time travelling throughout the state delivering first aid courses, while also working at The Royal Children’s Hospital.

“It was evident that a lot of services that are available in Melbourne are not accessible in regional Victoria. I wanted to bridge that gap and make sure everyone has access to good quality education, no matter your postcode,” Nicole said.

Last year Nicole designed and developed, bespoke family first aid kits. The beautiful wooden boxes are handmade in Bendigo and Nicole and a team of health professionals hand selects the items included, using local businesses where possible. The boxes can be custom designed and are priced at $159.

“If you were to buy the products from a pharmacy, they would be worth well over $200 so the kits are great value for money,” says Nicole.

Nicole also sells smaller first aid kits, kits designed for workplaces and defibrillators.
