The official opening has been moved to the centre stage in the food court and trade site area this year. It kicks off at 2:00 pm, with special guest speaker David Jochinke, farmer from Murra Warra and President of the National Farmers Federation (NFF).
Exciting competitions include shearing, fleece, floral art, craft, photography, and children’s sections, along with many other activities. Don’t forget your outfit for the “Dress Up as Poultry” event in the Grand Parade at 4:00 pm – a fun highlight of the day!
With exhibits in grain and fodder, flowers, cooking, and more, the Nhill Show showcases the best of the community. The Young Farmers Pavilion will serve a two-course luncheon from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, and entry is only $20 for adults, $5 for schoolchildren under 16, and free for preschoolers.
The day ends with a spectacular fireworks display, proudly supported by local sponsors. Don’t miss this great community event – see you all there!
