Following extensive efforts from the committee and dedicated volunteers, the annual Tennant Creek Show welcomed enthusiastic crowds to the showground last Friday morning.

It was a day filled with joy and entertainment, attracting residents from all corners of Barkly to partake in the festivities.

From thrilling rides and sideshows to tempting showbags and food stalls, there was something for everyone to relish, with attendees making the most of the offerings despite economic challenges.

The event served as a platform for local businesses and community members to showcase their talents and products, with some even stepping up to sponsor the show, contributing to the overall success of the day.

As the sun set on a memorable day, families left the showground exhausted but content, with children already looking forward to next year’s event.
