Kate Douglas School of Dancing concert

Recent stories

On the evening of Saturday December 2nd, Kate Douglas School of Dance had their inaugural end-of-year showcase, and what a show it was!

After only 10 months since the dance studio opened, over 100 dancers performed on stage to an audience of 500 spectators. Miss Kate has made it her mission to foster an inclusive and supportive environment, with dancers ranging from 2 years of age through to 97 years of age. The performance showcased students of different abilities and skill levels in a professional way, with spectacular staging and lighting effects used.

Miss Kate is so incredibly proud of each and every student who graced the stage for this amazing performance and has worked tirelessly on learning and growing in their dance knowledge throughout the year.

Thank you to everyone who helped and assisted in any way to make the showcase run so beautifully.

This is only the beginning, and it is so exciting to think about what the future will bring for our local dancers.

Enrolments are now open for 2024!! After receiving overwhelming interest. Secure your spot at our fun, nurturing and professional studio!
