On Sunday morning, the local Pistol Club held an Open Day at their range located just outside of town, providing members of the public with the opportunity to try pistol shooting.

Members of the club, along with visiting members of Pistol NT from Darwin, were present to assist and teach those who attended.

Participants could try their hand at shooting targets with a selection of pistols, which included 9mm and .22 calibre pistols.

Additionally, attendees had the chance to try a black powder replica weapon, all while being closely monitored by club members to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
