The Tennant Creek Fishing Club’s annual Family Fun Fishing Day made a comeback at Lake Mary Ann last weekend.
The weather co-operated wonderfully, with little wind, warm and sunny as around ninety people came out to the lake to discover the joys of fishing.
Some of the fish may have been small but that did not dim the pride of achievement and smiles from all the budding fishers who lined the banks of the lake with dreams of catching something.
While not everyone may have caught something, one thing everybody had in common was the fun they all had.
