Fantastic Foster Show!
The Foster & District Agricultural Show is back at the beautiful Foster Showground for 2022. Saturday 26 February 2022 will bring our community back together again to celebrate the region’s hard work during tough times and showcase agriculture in our region.
The Foster Show really is an event for everyone, from fresh faced kids to those of us with a bit more wear and tear. Because it is an event for everyone, we have had to put some COVID safety measures in place to keep our community safe.
The show has implemented new COVID-safe measures to ensure we keep our community safe. You may see QR code check-ins, lots of hand sanitiser, and social distancing.
The Foster Show will showcase all of your favourites including farm competitions, art, photography, produce, baking, local businesses and more!
The world’s cutest sheep, the Valais Blacknose, will even be making an appearance.
We have the beloved sheaf tossing, dog high jump and woodchop back again.
We also have an exciting new challenge, our Young Farmers Challenge. For 18-35 year-olds, teams of 4 will complete a series of tasks based on sustainability, farm safety and fun!
