The freehold and business of Every Man and His Dog Vineyard in the Tasmania tourist hot spot of Richmond, outside of Hobart, has been sold.
The new owners of 1314 Richmond Road are Hobart-based and will incorporate their other business into the vineyard, which is set over 2.3 hectares of land in the Coal River Valley region.
The property includes a cellar door and a bed and breakfast, and the business has drawn income online sales, wholesale, cellar door retail, functions, weddings, merchandise and accommodation.
