Cooma Show will celebrate its 150th anniversary on March 8th with the 2025 Community Bank Cooma Show. There will be plenty of fun for all.
5.30pm on Friday starts with a night of free entertainment for kids of all ages. The fun includes hobby horse, egg and spoon and bicycle races, and other novelty events.
The pavilion will be open from 6pm and there will be street food, a barbecue and bar. Families are invited to bring a picnic rug or chairs to settle down in front of the grandstand to watch the great Australian movie “Babe” on the outdoor screen starting at 8 o’clock.
The action continues on Saturday, with the full range of show classes and competitions and a full day of entertainment to delight all comers and the 150th show will be opened by her Excellency the Governor-General, Ms Sam Mostyn AC.
The open and juniors farmers challenge returns as does the very popular dog high jump. There will be entertainment with Liquid Nitrogen Shows with Fizzics Education and the team from Wildlife Reimaged will have reptiles on display.
The evening will conclude with freestyle motocross by the team from Airtime FMX and Fireworks from Mr Boom Boom.
