Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd October will be a special weekend at Comboyne!

Postponed from March, many of the competitive sections have had to have totally new schedules – Produce and Flowers, for example.

There are more attractions than ever, with something for all ages – from Animal Nursery to Beer tasting, from face-painting and balloons with “Fairy La La”, to Reptile Shows, from the Chainsaw Competition to Live Music with Dave Cavanagh, from Market stalls to Magician, and so much more!

Cattle return to Comboyne Show with a Junior Cattle Section – sure to be entertaining – as well as the spectacular Heavy Horse events and Mate McMillan Stock Horse challenge.

Art, Craft, Photography, Cooking, Produce and attractions will be on display both days, while the Poultry Section, Dogs (Morning and Afternoon Championship Shows with Junior Handlers in the Lunch Break), and Heavy Horse events are only on Saturday, giving way to the Cattle and Equine specialties (including Show Jumping and Barrel Racing) on the Sunday.

There’s a distinct emphasis on Youth, Inspiration and recovery, with Junior Sections throughout the show, great Comboyne Public School and Pre-School contributions, and fun entertainment for all. There will be an opportunity to check out the new multi-purpose building, with accessible bathroom, camp kitchen and dressing rooms for Football teams as well as being a well-equipped Community evacuation centre for disasters. After drought, floods, fires and pandemic, Comboyne showcases Hope!

Entry to the Show is just $5 for adults, with under 16 FREE and parking at the Showground is also FREE – so come on in rather than parking on the Village streets.
