Josephine Emery’s EP was launched last Friday at The Book Wolf, with over 16 people in attendance at the intimate venue.
Producer of the EP Michael Clay said, “Josie has done a phenomenal job. She is what I call a person of excellence. She is very focused on her production and what she wants. It’s an absolutely beautiful album, where Josie is able to write beautiful poetry and put music to it.”
Josephine’s partner Clif Edwards told the Times, “I can’t believe the work she puts in. It’s the equivalent of five people.”
Local musician Kaz Macay said, “It is inspirational songwriting. Her songs tell stories.”
If you want to buy the EP it is on sale at the Steampacket in Maldon or at josephineemery.com.
