Surrounded by wood heaters and spares from yesteryear, the Border Flywheelers volunteers restore machinery, preserving history for the next generation.
On a chilly Tuesday afternoon, August 3, Kent McNeil from Farmor Manufacturing kindly donated a “1000kg plate grab” to assist in lifting heavy materials for the volunteers.
Ken Shiell took a break from a restoration project to receive the plate grab. The Border Flywheelers is open the first Saturday of each month from 10am to 4pm.
