WalkOn, RideOn, Maldon

After the MaldON WalkON booklet was launched mid last year, all printed copies ran out the door. Friends of Maldon Historic Reserve Group Spokesperson Lee Mead said, “Due to the booklet’s popularity and value to Maldon, we have been successful in gaining a community grant from Mount Alexander Shire Council to reprint lots more copies.”

Antique Fair sites booked out – 3,500 visitors expected

The Maldon footy ground is looking good and green, all 125 stallholder sites are booked out, good weather for the weekend was booked in advance, and around 3,500 visitors are eager to experience a warm Maldon welcome. Gates open to the public from 8am tomorrow (Saturday) to around 2pm Sunday for this weekend’s mighty Maldon Antique Fair.

Graham West and his 70s Torana win West Coast Classic

Graham West did the car roof-top dance to loud cheers and applause when he took on some of the biggest, fattest race cars in his division while driving his Torana to win the SSA Modified Sedans West Coast Classic 2024 at Avalon Raceway ... The Torana is a car model that was popular in the 1970s.

After little more than a month since opening, the Maldon Pantry is the go-to place in town. A collaborative project between Maldon Trinity Anglican Church and Maldon Neighbourhood Centre, the Maldon Pantry provides a variety of food items, including staples and treats, free of charge.
