All Aboard!

Announcing the launch of our new membership program, everyone is invited to come along to the Newstead Arts Hub on Friday 1 December, 6-9pm to celebrate our coming of age. It’s eight years since the Arts Hub opened in 2015, and now we have incorporated as an independent organisation. We are grateful to Newstead 2021 Inc for auspicing us over that time.

Now all those who enjoy the Newstead Arts Hub – artists, visitors and locals – can become a member and play a real part in the next stage of our journey. Members will be invited to special members-only events, meet new people and enjoy a discount on space hire and ticketed events.

Come along to our All Aboard celebrations and enjoy food, drinks and entertainment. Bring a friend to share in the festivities, learn more about our plans for the future, and join as a member. Bookings preferred to help us cater – use the QR code to book. Free. All welcome.

Newstead Arts Hub Inc is a vibrant creative space run by our community for you – locals, artists and visitors – and located in our historic train station.

Since its opening in 2015, the Arts Hub has delivered an exciting program of exhibitions, workshops and events. In 2023, we produced our first exhibition book from the Precious show; welcomed over 48 contributing artists from around the state and nation to our inaugural It’s a Small World Sculpture exhibition and prize; attracted a large local audience to Fred Smith’s Sparrows of Kabul concert; and held a live improvisational electronic music and light show on our platform.

Our website highlights the breadth of our program – https://newsteadartshub.org/

Make a note in your diary now: All Aboard celebration, Friday 1 December 2023, 6pm-9pm at Newstead Arts Hub, 8A Tivey Street, Newstead. Ticket link: https://events.humanitix.com/all-aboard. Free. All welcome.
