Congratulations to Donald High School Student Hunter Wingfield, who has been selected to represent Team Victoria at the Australian Championships in Tweed Heads NSW from September 12 to 15.
Hunter made the final team of 15 after competing in trial matches at Sunbury during the last school holidays.
Over the past few years Hunter has developed his skills and has put in many hours of dedicated practice at the Donald Bowling Club.
During the recent off season he has travelled around the local area seeking advice and practice on synthetic greens.
This commitment and dedication has paid dividends with his selections in the final under-18 Victorian Team.
The school and the local community wish him well on this amazing experience.
