Two years ago, the old Harcourt Milk Bar was transformed into a warm, welcoming cafe serving breakfast and lunch daily.
The Harcourt Produce and General Store serves delicious coffee, freshly baked pies, pastries and salads using fresh herbs and vegetables from the spectacular garden out the back.
The store is full of local produce, including wine, beer and cider, jams, relishes, preserves, and of course, Harcourt’s famous apples.
Next time you’ve got some spare time, make sure to take a drive and try Chef Annette Larsen’s famous Danish style pickled gherkins or buy a bouquet of flowers from the garden.
“It’s a great place to stop,” said Robyn from Diamond Creek. “We’ve recommended it to all our friends.”
