Biggest producer line-up ever drives LambEx26 program

The most sheep producers ever assembled on stage will headline LambEx26, with a freshly released program designed to bring the entire supply chain together – and onto one agenda.
The Adelaide event will feature a world-leading line-up of 80+ speakers, spanning producers, processors, researchers, global market analysts and innovators, with a clear focus on practical value for sheep businesses.

LambEx26 Taskforce Chair Jamie Heinrich said 50 per cent of keynote speakers are producers, putting real production experience at the centre of the program.

At the centre of the program sits the LambEx26 AMPC Carcase Showcase – the largest lamb carcase showcase and feedback exercise from one cohort in the world. The scale of the showcase is unmatched, with carcase data assessed and pulled apart live on stage by producers, meat processors and industry experts.
This connects data to decisions, linking on-farm production directly to processor requirements, market signals and price outcomes.
