Barham’s biggest morning tea

Barham Women’s Group hosted another very successful Biggest Morning Tea on Monday 5th May. Over 100 guests enjoyed a delicious selection of sweet and savoury delights donated by our members.

Once again, we held a multi draw raffle of 47 draws, with prizes generously donated by local businesses and individuals. A game of ‘Guess the Teacup’ was another activity which helped to raise funds. The Trading Table proved to very popular with a large selection of local produce for sale.

A big ‘Thank You’ to all our donors, as well as the Barham Women’s Group ‘band of helpers’ for making it such a successful day. $3413.20 was sent to the Cancer Council to assist with the support of patients and their families, and also provide funds for research and training.
