It is well recognised that Victoria’s rural and regional areas are home to many of the key businesses in the food and fibre sector as well as manufacturing sectors and are major contributors to Victoria’s exports. Since 2018/19 Victorian goods exports to the MENA have grown by 46 per cent and in FY 23 -24 were worth approx. A$2.03 billion. This continued demand growth for consumer goods across the MENA presents opportunities for Victorian businesses.
Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI) in partnership with Global Victoria and hosted by Wodonga Council proudly present the MENA seminar with the objectives to: Raise awareness and promote export trade opportunities across MENA Region Highlight initiatives, resources and information to support export capabilities for Victorian businesses Promote engagement and business networking opportunities
