This year the weekend will packed with all the family favourite attractions including the Beaut Ute competition on Saturday for those passionate about their Ute or use them as a means of transport, come and show them off at the Wentworth Show. The pavilion will be filled with Produce and Preserves, Needlework and Photography.
Every hat has a story and we want to hear yours. Enter your “battered hat” in this year’s Wentworth Show along with a short one-page story of your hat! The more battered the better, the more interesting the better! Hats will be displayed at the Food and Wine Marquee at the Wentworth Showgrounds. The hats will be judged on character, panache and its story!
The Farmers Challenge will be one to watch and all ages can participate. Teams of 4 will run a relay race acting out key parts of local agriculture from (pretend) Sheep Shearing to Grape Crushing, then (pretend) Tractor Driving then finally taking part in some Horticulture. The race is sure to be entertaining.
