Four young bike riders from the Upper Murray acquitted themselves well in Round 2 of the Australian Hard Enduro championships at Wattle Creek near Bathurst, on the weekend.
Conditions were tricky during Saturday with consistent rain making the track extremely slippery in sections.
Junior racing was run and won on Saturday with some amazing talent was on display in the tricky terrain.
Organisers said the future of Hard Enduro is looking very secure with the amount of highly skilled juniors making their way through the course.
In the Junior Section, Riley Bloom finished a creditable second in a keenly contested event, with brother Maison also riding well to finish fourth.
In the Bronze Section, Layne Klippel and Lachie Nugent came 19th and 35th respectively, among a field of around 90 riders.
