The Central Victorian Indigenous Film Festival is back in 2023 to celebrate National Reconciliation Week.

Experience a range of films, videos, activities and discussions in local venues and online.

The Festival kicks off on May 27 at the Bendigo Library with a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony followed by a screening of Bran Nue Dae, the announcement of the Koorie Youth Flick Fest winners and children’s activities.

Festival screenings include High Ground, DJAKAMIRR, Storm Boy, Carriberrie, Night Cries, Gurrumul, The Lake of Scars, Fighting Giants, The Drovers Wife, Emily in Japan and The Last Daughter (pictured).
