Well known local Clint Kenny will operate Properties Ruhle from their new location at 46 Herbert Street (formerly El Cabalo).

Clint is looking forward to having a base in Allora where he can meet with clients from around the region.

However houses are difficult to buy as very few come onto the market.

Recently Clint did sell a small house on the outskirts of Allora in just six days after receiving six offers.

Properties Ruhle buy and sell homes, farming properties, land, commercial and offer property management.

People from Brisbane and the Coasts want to move to Allora as they have outgrown the larger cities and want to belong to a community.

Allora is the perfect mix for liveability with access to shopping, schools, sport and dining.

Clint is a big believer in being involved with local activities and supporting local businesses.

He’s an organiser of the Darling Downs Heavy Horse Festival which is on this weekend, bringing huge crowds to our town.

Now that Properties Ruhle has found a new home – so has El Cabalo – right across the street with their new-look premises at the front of Allora Tyres.
