After an absence of three years the Kyogle Show is returning to the the Kyogle showgrounds on the 7th and 8th of October. With the return of traditional events plus some new entertainment to excite the kids and adults alike.
Friday will kick off early with the Campdraft followed by the Stockhorse challenge. Whilst this is happing the pavilion judging will be taking place and the bush pony class as well.
Following, on Friday night, is the Bull ride, presented by J and J Rodeo Company and we can party the night away with The Billy Gudgeon band in the Bar.
Saturday will bring the cattle and poultry to the show along with an Australian Stock Horse feature show.
During the day the Kids tent will be running with face painting and three performances from the wildlife Twins. The Kyogle Bazar will be also at the show.
Saturday at 2.00pm brings the official opening of the show with Shan Goodwin, the sashing of Kyogle Show Young Woman 2022 and the presentation of the new award being “Best in Show”.
Saturday is packed with the wood chopping finals in the main ring along with the post cutting and a display form Athol Esery working dogs.
Saturday night the PRD Real Estate fireworks will light up the light sky before the mayhem of the derby – see the gladiators smash the cars!
To end the night off we have a band in the bar to dance the night along to.
