Australia has had hundreds of inquiries into natural hazards, but how can policy makers ensure that lessons from the past are not forgotten?
The Inquiries and Reviews Database holds more than 130 years’ worth of emergency and management inquiries, reviews and Royal Commissions conducted in Australia. Now, more than 300 inquiries and almost 4,200 recommendations are easily accessible in one location, giving emergency services the upper hand when learning from the past to create a safer future.
