Narrandera’s Burnout Master Jake Myers Sicko machine has had great success in the United States of America over the past four months.
Narrandera’s Burnout Master Jake Myers has finished a very successful four months with a WIN at Ice Cream Cruise USA 2025, an achievement he said he will never forget.
“From loading his S1CKO into a container in Brisbane, to rolling it out on USA soil and taking to the big stage in Nebraska it was quite a journey meeting amazing new people, burnout competitors and fans,” he said.
He said a massive thank you to everyone who made this possible including his family who have backed him every step of the way as well as SUMMERNATS and Pro Burnouts Series for making this opportunity happen.
“We’ve lived the dream and represented Australia the best way we know frying tyres, putting on a show and doing our fellow Aussies proud. This win is for all of us.”
The Ice Cream Cruise is not a bunch of ice cream trucks parking up in town. It is actually a full on car festival held at the I-29 Dragway in Pacific Junction, Iowa put on by 1320Video and Off the Line Performance. Headline acts include a road course, drag strip, car show, roll racing and a burnout contest, which Summernats partnered with this year to co-sponsor the burnout pad and to bring the Pro Burnout legends across the pond.
This year’s event took place on 26-28 September, with the Aussie burnout legends hitting the pad on both Friday and Saturday.
It was Jake’s first time in America and he was keen to support the 1320Video boys, who came to Australia for ‘Nats events. “I was also excited to see what the Americans thought of a right hand drive Mustang and a Ford-powered Aussie burnout car.”
Jake’s first demo skid was at Portland Powernats when he was 15 years old. He is the son of burnout legend Gary Myers.
