Victorian Goldfields World Heritage bid information display comes to Maldon

As part of our Roadshow events, you can visit the Victorian Goldfields World Heritage bid information display at the Maldon Museum and Historic Archives. The team worked together with the Museum volunteers to set up our display on show at the museum throughout November.  

The Museum holds a wonderful collection of artefacts, photographs and historical records which tell the stories of the Maldon District. You can see the original banner of the Amalgamated Miners’ Association (AMA) of Australasia – Maldon No.14 Branch and many other treasures.    

• When: 28 October 2024 – 18 November 2024 During opening hours (Wednesdays and Sundays – 11:30am until 2:00pm)
• Where: Maldon Museum and Historic Archives 93 High Street, Maldon  
• Cost: Adults $4, Children free

Victorian Goldfields World Heritage Bid Community Information Session – Maldon

Come along to our community information session to learn more about the bid. The session will be introduced by Jessica McNamara, Tourism Marketing and Development Officer and you will hear from representatives from the Victorian Goldfields World Heritage Bid team.

You can also visit the Victorian Goldfield World Heritage bid display at the Maldon Museum from 28 October to 18 November 2024.

All welcome – registrations not necessary.
