We’ve launched a new Bendigo and Region Gastronomy Guide to showcase our fabulous food and drink offerings.
Bendigo and region is Australia’s first UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, so this is the perfect way to highlight all we have to offer and help people design the perfect day trip or weekend away.
The interactive guide is divided into five categories: eat, drink, buy, experience and explore. People can custom-build their adventure and then share their experiences via social media, and there’s something to suit every taste and budget.
Since becoming a UNESCO Creative City, our reputation as a gastronomic region that celebrates all good things food and drink is really taking off!
A Local Producers Directory has also been released to give producers across the region an opportunity to connect with more customers and encourage visitors and residents to buy local as much as possible.
