Landscape focus impresses judges

A local photography enthusiast has been commended for her entry in the 2025 Camera House Landscape Awards. Jennifer Fennell was recognized for her photo Mt Isobel, Hanmer Springs, New Zealand.

In just its third year, the awards received more than 2,500 entries and raised more than $5,000 for the Australian Conservation Foundation.

Mike O’Connor, the editor of Australian Photography which sponsored the landscape category, said “Congratulations, to be acknowledged at this level is an excellent achievement.”

The Top 20 entrants in each of the four categories – landscape, seascape, aerial and urban – are published in the June-July 2025 edition of Australian Photography.
