NT Farmers Association is pleased to announce that they will be holding a North Australia Food Futures Regional Roadshow in Mareeba from the 30th to the 31st of August 2022.
The roadshow provides an exciting opportunity to learn about what is happening in agriculture in Northern Australia.
The two day event will feature presentations from farmers and experts regarding the agricultural opportunities and challenges in the north. It will also provide you with a chance to visit leading farms in the region and network with a wide range of stakeholders.
The roadshow will explore issues such as diversification opportunities, environmental approvals processes, the future of agriculture in the region, biosecurity threats and commodity updates.
The event will consist of an all day forum and a networking dinner on the 30th followed by a bus tour of innovative farms in the region on the 31st of August.
The roadshow is free for members of industry associations or only $115 for non members, tickets can be purchased for the entire roadshow or for individual activities.
This Mareeba roadshow builds on highly successful past roadshows in Katherine NT, Central Australia, Georgetown in Qld and Kununurra in WA.
