Many country agricultural shows remain in doubt for 2025. However some country shows bucked the trend and drew a large crowd. Ganmain Show was one of them, attracting more than 2500 people in 2024.

Renowned industry professionals Heather Ellis, Linda Tillman, and Shaun Leisegang will share their expertise and insight on day one of the national gathering of Australia's 582 agricultural shows. In ‘AI for the Show Movement: Simplifying Operations for Better Focus’, Shaun Leisegang, General Manager at award-winning technology services provider, Tecala, will show attendees how artificial intelligence can streamline key tasks in the show movement.  

Lessons and learnings from one of America’s largest fairs will be on show in Australia in February. Ray Allison, Chief Development and Strategy Officer from the Indiana State Fair, and Second Vice Chair of the International Association of Fairs and Expositions (IAFE), has been announced as the first of two keynote speakers at the Agricultural Shows Australia 2025 Conference.  

The president of the Corryong Show committee reported to the recent annual general meeting that an enthusastic band of helpers and improvements to the show site have ensured the future of a great community event. "We have ticked the boxes with what we had aimed and hoped to achieve with our Spring Show," Evan Nicholas said, "with great attendance from our community and also from afar.

Allora Show Society loyalist Carol Lyall recently stepped forward to take on the President role of an organisation that can boast a presence in the Allora regional community since 1878. After excelling as Chief Horse Steward for two years, Carol added the Show Society Vice-President role to her resume last year.
