Naracoorte Art Gallery painting restored
Adair Dunsford. A French oil painting which is part of the Naracoorte Regional Art Gallery’s permanent collection has been cleaned and restored. The picture, entitled Marche aux Fleurs or Flower Market by Edouard Cortes has been brought back to life through a grant from mining company, Australian Rare Earths.

Art Gallery supports Naracoorte Show
Adair Dunsford. With Spring in the air, the Naracoorte Art Gallery is supporting the local show this year with a targeted floral art workshop. Two designs from the Show catalogue will feature in an afternoon session with former florist, Lisa Caon on Saturday October 7.
Volunteers play huge role at art gallery
Adair Dunsford. The Naracoorte Regional Art Gallery estimates that volunteers contribute about 6000 hours annually towards keeping the gallery open for locals and visitors. The vital role they play was highlighted at the recent annual meeting of the Art Gallery Board.

According to analyst, Andrew Whitelaw of Ep 3, there have been plenty of news stories in the past two months that may have influence. A lot of it involves speculation - speculation that Russia wouldn’t extend the export program ex Ukraine and speculation of huge floods in China. Not to mention the actual bombing of a huge dam in Ukraine.
