On behalf of the Allora Show Society, I warmly invite our community and visitors to join us for the 148th Allora Show this February. Each year, our Show brings people together to celebrate the best of country life, and in 2026 we are excited to welcome you to a Show that honours tradition while delivering an unforgettable experience from day into night.

The Allora Show is, and always has been, about community. For three days, our showgrounds become a place where families reconnect, friends gather, and generations come together to enjoy everything that makes a country show so special. Whether you are a long-time supporter or attending for the first time, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

During the day, you are invited to explore the heart of the Show — livestock and pavilion exhibits, equestrian events, woodchopping, the ute show, and a wide range of competitions that showcase the skill, creativity and dedication of our region. These events reflect the proud traditions that have shaped the Allora Show for nearly 150 years.

As the sun sets, I encourage you to stay and experience the magic of the night-time Show. The grounds come alive with energy as our main arena hosts an exciting line-up including Outback Jack, Farmer Dave and the K9 Superwall, and our much-loved fireworks display lighting up the Allora sky. Children’s games and activities ensure our younger show-goers are entertained, while the Charity Hay Bale Race adds laughter, friendly rivalry and a strong sense of giving back to the community.

I also invite you to support and celebrate our Showgirl and Rural Ambassador programs, which recognise young people who demonstrate leadership, confidence and strong country values. These programs are an important part of investing in the future of our Show and our community.

The Allora Show would not be possible without the incredible dedication of our volunteers and the generous support of our sponsors. I sincerely thank Henry Plumbing, Electrical and Air Conditioning for their valued support as naming rights sponsor, along with every business and individual who helps bring this event to life.

The Allora Show is more than an event on the calendar — it is a shared experience that reflects the spirit of our town. I invite you to join us this February, soak up the atmosphere, support your local community, and be part of something truly special.

We look forward to welcoming you to the 148th Allora Show.
