It was a Grand Champion double in the Angus ring for K5X Angus at the 2023 EKKA, with the Allora based stud taking out both Grand Champion Angus Bull and Grand Champion Angus Female. From a field of 64 Angus animals K5X Satellite S166 was awarded Senior and Grand Champion Bull and K5X Design S7 won Senior and Grand Champion Female.
Vietnam Veterans Day 2023

Warwick hosts the aeromodelling world championships
Teams from 21 countries and 59 pilots will compete in the FAI F3A World Champions at the Warwick Aerodrome. The best in the world, with some right here in Queensland, will show their skills in this precision aerobatic sport performing a set of manoeuvres in front of the judges and the spectators.

Karli Ekerick wins top award
Outstanding educators and staff were acknowledged at the Awards with close to 100 nominations received from across the Toowoomba Diocese. Karli’s involvement in community events and fundraising is impressive. Karil is part of the P&F Association executive at St Patrick’s School, Allora and is the driving force behind the P&F’s support of the St Patrick’s Parish annual fete.
Proposed public art mural for Allora
A community consultation meeting will be held in Allora later this month to discuss the proposal for an art Mural. The Allora Advertiser has received this correspondence from Margaret Baaguly who has received funding for this mural creation.
