National champion Bailey Harm
Allora swimmer Bailey Harm has returned from the School Sport Australia National Championships in Sydney with a 2023 SSA National Champion title in the 50m Freestyle sprint. Bailey competed in seven events at the Championships, bringing home six national medals.

Artists from Clifton and nearby towns are taking over the Warwick Art Gallery for their ‘Lost Conversations’ exhibition ... The ‘Lost Conversations’ theme was inspired by Rhonda Jenner, who growing up with hearing loss, has had to face and overcome "lost conversations" in her life.

It’s full steam ahead now that the Southern Downs Regional Council has approved the mural for Allora. Community consultation meetings were held last week at Allora with the attendees given the opportunity to air their views and ideas on what they’d like to see depicted on our mural.

It was a Grand Champion double in the Angus ring for K5X Angus at the 2023 EKKA, with the Allora based stud taking out both Grand Champion Angus Bull and Grand Champion Angus Female. From a field of 64 Angus animals K5X Satellite S166 was awarded Senior and Grand Champion Bull and K5X Design S7 won Senior and Grand Champion Female.
Vietnam Veterans Day 2023
James Lister. On Friday, in my capacity as Shadow Assistant Minister for Veterans, I attended the Brisbane Vietnam Veterans Day service in ANZAC Square and laid a wreath in honour of the fallen. Vietnam Veterans Day is a unique post on our calendar of military remembrances.
