Congratulations to Cambooya State School student E.J. Morris, who recently won the National Under 12 mini bull ride category at the National Finals Rodeo in Canungra.
E.J. had an extremely successful year and went into the National Final series in the lead, eventually winning the category with a lead of more than 600 points.
This is an outstanding result in only his second year of competition.
E.J.’s Dad, Clint Morris, said E.J. had completed in more than 40 rides during the year and the family had covered more than 30,000 kilometres to attend rodeos in 2024.
What a fantastic effort. Well done E.J. and congratulations.

- 2940 total points
