The festival will be held at the award-winning The Condensery – Somerset Regional Art Gallery at 29 Factory Road, Toogoolawah from 12pm to 4pm.

Somerset Mayor Graeme Lehmann said it is the second time the festival will be held, following the huge success of the 2019 event.

“This event will celebrate everything about regional arts and culture with unique market stalls featuring handmade creations from Somerset artists across various disciplines,” Cr Lehmann said.

“The art gallery will also be showcasing works from the Jinibara people, traditional owners and custodians through their exhibit, Country Connects Us.

“The Jinibara artists will also be running a series of workshops on the day including stamp making and ochre painting.

“This event is a great opportunity to pack a picnic for family and friends, and also remember to bring a hat, water, sunscreen and money for the food and art stalls.”

The Somerset Art Beat Festival is supported by Somerset Regional Council in partnership with Creative Arts Alliance.
