'No farmers, no food’ was the battle cry as farmers from across the country descended on Federation Mall in Canberra on Tuesday, united in a desire to send a clear message to the Federal Government. Burning questions

Tonnes of flood-damaged firewood in Barmah Forest will now be made available to locals instead of being burnt by the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA). Koondrook P.S. inaugural soccer champions

Kerang Soccer Club (KSC) held its inaugural Inter-School Soccer Championship at Atkinson Park, Kerang on Sunday, June 2. Koondrook Primary School took the honours, defeating a competitive Kerang South A side 1-0 in the grand final.

New team set for medical centre

Barham & District Medical Centre, our community owned facility, will transition to a new management team in the coming weeks. The Executive Committee of Local Health Medical Trust (LHMT) met with the Kingston Village Super Clinic team on Friday morning to discuss details and assist with their smooth transition into the Barham-Koondrook community.
