Ark Energy has completed its report on the Richmond Valley Solar Farm after issues came from the community during public exhibition. The issues relating to the development application and environmental impact statement include visual and noise impacts, biodiversity, bushfire risk and changing land use.

Buyback sells for $347 at auction

Five buyback homes from Norton Street, Kyogle were up for auction on Tuesday, June 17. PRD Real Estate Northern Rivers principal Rob Horder said the highest bid was $347 for 8 Norton Street.

They did it. Organisers of the World’s Biggest Happy Dance were thrilled to see 468 people groovin’ to the song Dancing in the Street at Kyogle Showground yesterday, Saturday, June 14. The previous record for a happy dance in Singapore was 448.
